Visit the Registration Page

Chrome, Safari, or Edge will all work. Keep a clear photo of your government ID and a passport-size photo ready before you start.

Only register once
If you have already registered with us before (for a different batch), use the same email address. The system will recognise you. If your profile is already complete you'll skip straight to picking the new batch; if a few required details are missing (for example, you had only signed up in the mobile app before) we'll ask you to fill in just those first.

Enter Your Email & Verify with OTP

A 6-digit OTP is sent to your email
Open your inbox, copy the code, and paste it on the registration page. The OTP is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, click "Resend OTP" on the same screen. Not arriving? Check your Spam / Promotions folder. If you request the code many times in a row you may be asked to wait a few minutes before trying again — this is a normal security measure, not an error.
Once your OTP is verified, the next step depends on whether you've registered with us before:

If you are a NEW student
You'll be taken to a personal details form to set up your record.
- Your email is locked in
- You'll fill name, phone, gender, ID, address, photo, etc.

If you are a RETURNING student
The system finds your existing record. What happens next depends on whether your profile is complete.
- Profile complete → jump straight to picking your new batch
- Some details missing (e.g. you had only signed up in the mobile app) → a short "Complete your profile" form lists exactly what's needed, then you continue to batch selection
- Anything already on file (like your photo or ID) is kept — you won't re-enter it

All information you submit is stored on our secure servers. Your photo and ID are uploaded directly to encrypted cloud storage. Only authorised office staff can view your details.

Pick the Arise Medical Academy branch nearest to you (or the online branch if you'd prefer to study from home).

Once you choose a branch, available batches appear. Each batch shows its name, start date, and total fee.

Review Fee Breakdown
The total amount, any discount, and the registration fee are shown clearly. Take a moment to confirm before proceeding.

Sent to every email entered on the registration page. A 6-digit code to confirm your email is real and yours.
What to do: Copy the code, paste it on the registration page within 10 minutes.
Email 2 · After enrollment
★ Mobile App Credentials
Subject: "Your Arise Medical Academy mobile app account is ready"
Contains your temporary password for the InstituteApp mobile app. This is how you log in for the first time.
What to do: Save this email. You'll need the password to log in to the app on your phone.
Email 3 · After enrollment
● Welcome to Your Batch
Subject: "Welcome to <Batch Name>"
Contains your batch details, your branch info, and links to Telegram / WhatsApp study groups (if your batch uses them).
What to do: Join the study group links inside this email — that's where announcements and discussions happen.
Email 4 · After payment is verified
◆ Fee Receipt (PDF)
Subject: "Fee Payment Receipt"
An official PDF receipt with your payment amount, mode, date, and your batch details.
What to do: Download and save the PDF for your records.
Email 5 · When issued by office
● Student ID Card (PDF)
Subject: "Your Student ID Card"
A PDF of your printed ID card with your photo, batch, and QR code. The physical card may be handed over at your branch.
What to do: Save the PDF on your phone — it works as a digital ID inside the academy premises.

Important — about email 2
Your mobile app password is delivered only once. If you delete that email, you'll need to use "Forgot Password" on the login screen to set a new one. We never display it again for security reasons.

Step 8.1
Download InstituteApp
Search for "Arise Medical Academy" on Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone). Install the official app.
Step 8.2
Open the app & sign in
Use the email you registered with and the temporary password from Email #2.
Step 8.3
Change your password (recommended)
Go to Settings → Change Password and set a personal password you'll remember. The temporary password from email is meant to be replaced.
Step 8.4
You're ready
Your dashboard loads with classes, tests, study materials, and progress tracking. Start exploring!

Forgot password later?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We'll email you a fresh OTP to reset it. No need to call the office.

Joining Your Batch's Telegram Group
A one-time link, then auto-approved joins for every batch you enrol in

Why Telegram?
Your batch's Telegram group is where faculty share quick updates, links, last-minute schedule changes, and answers to common questions between classes. Joining is optional but strongly recommended.
Step 1 · One-time
Link your Telegram account
Open the Arise app → on the Home screen you'll see a card titled "Telegram Integration" with a Link Now button.
- Tap Link Now → Telegram opens with our official Arise bot.
- Tap Start inside Telegram — the bot replies "✅ Account Linked Successfully".
- Return to the Arise app — the card now shows "Account Linked".
Step 2 · Per batch
Join your batch's Telegram group
Open your batch from the app's home screen. If your batch has a Telegram group set up, you'll see a "Join <Group Name>" card.
- Tap Join → Telegram opens the group's invite page.
- Tap Join Group in Telegram — you're auto-approved instantly (because you're enrolled in that batch).
- The "Join" card disappears from your batch screen once you're in.
Already in the group?
The app reconciles automatically
If you were added to the group earlier (e.g., by a faculty member) before you linked Telegram in the app, just link your account from the home screen. The next time you open the batch page, the app detects your existing membership and removes the "Join" card on its own — no action needed.

Heads up — keep your Telegram link active
If you tap Unlink from the home-screen card (or sign in to Telegram with a different phone), you'll be removed from all Arise batch groups. You can always re-link and re-join, but you'll miss messages in the meantime.

Only your Telegram username/ID is linked to your enrolment. Your phone number stays private to Telegram — we don't read it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions
I didn't receive the mobile app credentials email. What should I do?
- Check your Spam / Promotions / Updates folder in Gmail or Outlook.
- The email is only sent after your payment is verified by the office. If you paid offline, allow 1 working day.
- If it's been more than 24 hours after payment verification, contact our office and ask them to resend the mobile app credentials.
Can I change my email after registration?
No. Your email is the unique identifier we use across our office portal and mobile app. If you must change it, contact the office directly — they will update it for you after verification.
What if my payment doesn't show up immediately?
Offline payments (NEFT/UPI/Cash) are manually verified by office staff. Allow up to 1 working day. Once verified, your fee receipt email is auto-sent.
Can I transfer to a different batch later?
Yes. Contact the office — they can submit a transfer request on your behalf. Approval is usually granted if there is space in the new batch. Any fee difference will be handled at the time of approval.
Are course fees refundable?
No — course fees are non-refundable once paid. If you have a genuine concern (e.g., a billing error or an exceptional circumstance), visit your branch office or email us. Such requests are reviewed case-by-case by management and are not guaranteed.
Is the app free to use?
There are no in-app purchases — the features you can access are included with your course fee. What you see in the app depends on the batch you're enrolled in: different batch types unlock different parts of the app (e.g., recorded lectures, live classes, question bank, test series, smart review). If you're unsure what's included for your batch, please check with your branch office.
Why do I need to link my Telegram account?
Telegram groups are restricted to enrolled students. Linking confirms your identity so the system can auto-approve you when you tap "Join" on the group invite. You only need to link once — all current and future batch groups will use the same link.
What if I'm already in the Telegram group from before linking?
No problem. Link your Telegram account from the home screen as usual — the app will reconcile your existing membership automatically the next time you open the batch page.
What happens if I unlink Telegram or change my Telegram account?
If you tap Unlink on the home-screen Telegram card, you'll be removed from all Arise batch Telegram groups. To rejoin, link your new account first, then tap Join on each batch's Telegram card.
